THESE GENERAL TERMS OF USE, WHICH ARE GOVERNED BY SPANISH LAW, ESTABLISH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE “FUNDING4LEARNING.COM”, the website and online service of “4People Media S.L” (referred to herein as "4People Media" "we", “the company” or "us"). This page explains the terms by which you may use our service. By accessing or using the Funding4learning services, website and software provided ("Service"), you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"), whether or not you are a registered user of our Service.
We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time and without notice. If we do this, we will post the amended Agreement on this page and indicate at the date the Agreement was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Service.

Funding4learning.com ("Funding4learning") provides a place for the student community and public in general to raise funds from other users destined to finance an educational venture. Funding4learning allows certain users ("Campaign Creators") to list a campaign and raise funds from other users ("Supporters").
All funds are collected for Campaign Creators by PayPal. Funding4learning does not, at any time, receive or hold any money intended for Campaign Creators. All visitors to Funding4learning.com, whether registered or not, are considered as "Users." If you register with Funding4learning you become a "Member" and gain access to certain features, including the ability to post certain information about you and your educational objectives (a "Campaign") on the Service and interact with other Members about your Campaign.
There is no need to register to access some of Funding4learning functionalities. However, in order to gain access to certain features of the Service, you will need to register with Funding4learning and create a Member account. Your account gives you access to the services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion.
When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify 4People Media immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although 4People Media will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you shall be liable for the losses of Funding4learning or others due to such unauthorized use.
As a member you can control your Member Profile and how other Members communicate with you. By providing Funding4learning your email address you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail.
The user is prohibited from using Funding4learning on a way that could violate, directly or indirectly, any intellectual property law or right. This includes laws and intellectual property rights in Spain as well as other countries.
If the user needs further information about the use or terms of the website, or wish to give suggestions about how to improve the service, we put at you disposal a feedback and support section on Funding4learning.com. The user has to bear in mind that by doing this, is granting 4People Media a permission to use and incorporate the mentioned suggestions in our service, without any compensation in return.
Members are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the amounts you perceive as a project holder, or with the amounts you pay or donate as a supporter.
4People Media grants you permission to use the Service as set forth in this Agreement, provided that: you will not copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service; you will not alter or modify any part of the Service other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose; and you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
You agree neither to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service nor to use the communication systems provided by the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes.
As a condition of use, you are forbidden to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by the Terms of Use. The Service is provided only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You are solely responsible for all of your activity in relation with the Service.
As an example, and not limited to this, Users (or any third party) shall not either (a) take any action or (b) upload, download, post, submit or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content on or through the Service, including without limitation any User Submission, that:
The term "Content" includes, without limitation, any user submissions, videos, audio clips, written forum comments, information, data, text, photographs, or software provided, or otherwise made accessible by 4People Media or its partners on or through the Service.
Additionally, you shall not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service or any activities conducted on the Service. You shall abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
You acknowledge that 4People Media is a service provider that has created the Site to allow Users to interact via the Site regarding topics and content chosen by Users, and that Users can alter the information presented on the Site on a real-time basis. 4People Media has no obligation to regulate the content of communications between Users or Users' interactions with the Service. As a result, 4People Media has very little control, over the quality, safety, morality, legality, truthfulness or accuracy of Content provided by Users. Nonetheless, 4People Media reserves the right to monitor and/or limit any Content posted by a User to the Site.
4People Media does not guarantee that any Content or User Submissions will be approved to appear on the Site or through the Service. 4People Media has no obligation to monitor the Site, Service, Content, or User Submissions. However, 4People Media reserves the right to remove, edit or modify any Content in its sole discretion, without notice to you and for any reason (specially, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content or if we are concerned that you may have violated the Terms of Use), or for no reason at all, as well as to remove or block any User Submissions from the Service.
In order to access many of the Website's features, you may be required to register with Funding4learning and select a password and screen name ("User ID"). You may access your account by entering your username and password in the login fields on the homepage. You alone are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Registration entitles you to use the Website. We reserve the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a User ID and domain in our sole discretion. You are solely responsible for activity that occurs on your account and shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You shall never use another user’s account without such other user’s express permission. You will immediately notify 4People Media in writing of any unauthorized use of your account, or other account related security breach of which you are aware.
Creating an account, posting a campaign, or supporting a campaign by donating money is free.
However, we do charge fees in those cases where the raising campaign is successful. In the case that you do not reach your raising goal, no money changes hands and we will not charge you anything, however if you are successful, we will charge you a fee of 5% the amount of money raised.
All fees are collected for Funding4learning by PayPal (PayPal charges a transaction fee, for more information visit www.paypal.com). Changes to the Policy are effective after we provide you with notice by posting the changes on the Sites.
You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of the site.

Funding4learning could contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, or services that are not owned or controlled by 4People Media. 4People Media has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. If you access a third party website from Funding4learning, you are at your own risk, and you understand that this Agreement and Funding4learning Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such sites. You expressly relieve Funding4learning and 4People Media from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or services or third party owned content.
4People Media grants each user of the Site and/or Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable and non-transferable license to use, modify and reproduce the Content, solely for personal, non-commercial use. 4People Media may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.
4People Media does not own Your Content. By making the content submitted accessible to other users, you agree to allow any user of the website - free of charge and for personal use only - to view and transmit your content on or through the Website and any other electronic communication media or technology, for the entire period in which your Content is hosted on Funding4learning.
“Funding4learning” and other Funding4learning graphics, logos and designs are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress (collectively, the “Marks”) of Funding4learning in Spain or other countries. The marks may not be used as part of trademarks or domain names in connection with any product or service that might cause confusion or affiliation with Funding4learning, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior permission of 4People Media.
Funding4learning may terminate or suspend any and all Services and your account, immediately and without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms or conditions of the Terms of Service. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your funding4learning account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or send an email to info@funding4learning.com (all termination requests will be completed within 30 days). All provisions of the Terms and Conditions agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities and limitations of liability.
4PEOPLE MEDIA PROVIDES THE SITE, THE SERVICE, YOUR ACCOUNT AND ALL RELATED GOODS AND SERVICES STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, PROVIDED AND ACCEPTED AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL 4PEOPLE MEDIA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, FOR ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE (REGARDLESS OF THE SOURCE OF ORIGINATION), AS WELL OF OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL 4PEOPLE MEDIA BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Funding4learning, and its editor company 4People Media, and you with respect the website and its supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Funding4learning, and its editor company 4People Media, with respect to the website.
